Blake McArthur Abstract Artist

Blake McArthur is an emerging abstract artist from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Working primarily with acrylics on paper, Blake strives to create pieces that are rich in both color and texture.

Blake started painting in 2008, after having the good fortune of meeting, and becoming friends with, the extremely talented Ludolf Grolle. Inspired by the unbelievable power of Ludolf’s paintings, and with encouragement and guidance from Ludolf himself, Blake started exploring his own artistic energy. Thrilled by the overwhelming acceptance of his work, he is forever grateful to Ludo for igniting the spark.
