I have been photographing my world for decades, printmaking for several years, and creating handmade art books for the past year. The photography informs my printmaking, and the printmaking is fodder for the books. My artwork is influenced by the notions of community and relationship. I am attracted to the subtleties of detail, and seduced by the power of language. I am nurtured by beauty, and the creative life-force of love.
